Dick Prentke, Chair of the firm's Construction Group, has more than 30 years of experience handling construction transactions, counseling and disputes. His work includes preconstruction, architectural, engineering, construction-management, design-build, design-build-operate, turn-key, consultant, and construction transactions; advice on all aspects of the design and construction process; procurement issues; and dispute resolution including alternative dispute resolution (mediation, intervention, DRBs, mini-trials, and arbitration) and the litigation of construction, procurement, technical, and competition issues. Specifically, Dick works on public and private construction projects and programs in the United States and Asia, including:
