Dick Prentke, Chair of the firm's Construction Group, has more than 30 years of experience handling construction transactions, counseling and disputes. His work includes preconstruction, architectural, engineering, construction-management, consultant, design-build, design-build-operate, EPC, turn-key, procurement, and construction transactions; advice on all aspects of the design, procurement, and construction process; and dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution (mediation, intervention, DRBs, mini-trials, and arbitration) and litigation of construction, procurement, and related technical and competition issues. Dick has worked on private and public construction projects and programs in the United States, Asia and Africa, including:
