Mack Shultz, senior counsel in the Seattle office, handles complex product liability litigation. He has worked with clients in a variety of manufacturing fields such as aviation, consumer electronics, and medical devices. He advises clients on a variety of strategies to reduce potential exposure, including through risk allocation provisions in contracts; drafting appropriate warnings, manuals, and other documents; and compliance with various regulatory regimes. He also focuses on electronic discovery issues and has coordinated significant projects collecting, reviewing, and producing vast amounts of electronic data.
