Kris Yoshizawa is an associate in the firm's Business practice. His practice focuses on representing banks, commercial finance companies and other financial institutions with commercial and real estate financing transactions. He also has experience with corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate governance. Prior to joining the firm's Financial Transactions & Restructuring practice, Kris represented start-ups in a variety of industries, including: web services, software and gaming. Before beginning his law practice, Kris practiced as a certified public accountant with one of the Big Four accounting firms.
