While the so-called “Trade War” between the U.S. and China has captured considerable attention in the last several years, the U.S. legal system has been the front line of a variety of disputes involving Chinese companies long before the “Trade War” began, and will be long after any new trade agreement goes into effect. Perkins Coie partner presented a seminar on these issues and experiences with helping Chinese clients achieving business goals in the United States.
