Combined Company Revenue at More Than $2 Billion

PORTLAND, Ore. (February 24, 2014) - Perkins Coie represented client TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (Nasdaq: TQNT), a leading radio frequency (RF) solutions supplier and technology innovator, in its merger with RF Micro Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: RFMD), a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance radio frequency (RF) solutions.  The all-stock transaction creates a company with combined revenue of more than $2 billion.

The Perkins Coie team acting as counsel to TriQuint was led by Portland partner Roy Tucker, and the team included Portland partners John Thomas and Danielle Benderly, Seattle partner Carl Crow, Washington, D.C, partner Barry Reingold  and Portland associates Kara Tatman and  Brian Schlect.
