PALO ALTO (July 15, 2021)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented Sentropy, a trust and safety technology company that builds artificial intelligence-powered software to safeguard online communities from abuse, harassment, and malicious content, in its acquisition by Discord.

The Perkins Coie deal team was led by Palo Alto partners Adrian Rich and Teresa Tate, with assistance principally from partners Edwin Baum, Danielle Benderly, Thomas Cristy, Jon Daryanani, Daphne Higgs, Ann Nagele, Richard Oehler, Ned Prusse, Michael Sharkey, Bryan Smith, and James Snell. The team was also led by counsel Kyle Simon and associate Sammy Kim, and included counsel Kathiana Aurelien, as well as associates Stefan Andreev, Marina Gatto, Cristopher Jones, Navneet Mattu, and Alice Townes.
