SEATTLE, Wash. (May 15, 2017) - Perkins Coie represented F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) in leasing new corporate headquarters at 801 Fifth Avenue in Seattle, Washington. The new Class A office building, developed by Daniels Real Estate and Stockbridge Capital Group, will be called F5 Tower. F5 Networks will lease the entire 516,000 square feet of office space in the 44-story building. A full-service luxury hotel designed by Philippe Starck will occupy the lower floors of the tower.
