Series E Financing Will Support Expansion and Accelerate Product Development

CHICAGO, Ill. (January 9, 2014) - Perkins Coie represented client Chromatin, Inc., an agriculture technology company that develops sorghum for both traditional agriculture markets and for uses in new applications, in the closing of a $36 million Series E financing.  The funding will support additional expansion and accelerate product development and differentiation for sales in both the U.S. and international markets.
