SEATTLE (June 21, 2022)—Perkins Coie has donated $50,000 through the Perkins Coie Foundation to three organizations supporting on-the-ground essential services and the resettlement of refugees from Ukraine and around the world.

The donation represents part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to charitable support of vulnerable populations in need. The three organizations include the USA for UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), the International Rescue Committee, and World Central Kitchen.

“Perkins Coie has a long history of supporting organizations seeking to address the critical humanitarian needs of vulnerable populations, and of providing pro bono counsel and support to those seeking resettlement and safety in the United States,” said Bill Malley, Perkins Coie’s firmwide managing partner. “The Ukraine conflict, and other conflicts around the world, continue to adversely affect civilian populations who are in need of vital services that this donation will help provide.”

The Perkins Coie Foundation supports a range of charitable causes providing humanitarian relief services, as well as groups across education and the arts.
