Perkins Attorney Provides ITC Law Update to SIPO Members at the Sixth Annual Chinese Intellectual Property Forum Sponsored by The John Marshall Law School and the China Intellectual Property Training Center of SIPO.

The John Marshall Law School and the China Intellectual Property Training Center of SIPO sponsored the Sixth Annual Chinese Intellectual Property Forum entitled “Future of Chinese Patent Landscape: Law/Regulation Updates; IP Monetization and Impact of ITC investigations.”

Speakers provided the most up-to-date information of IP in China to stakeholders on China IP issues from U.S. government, academics and enterprises to share their insights on critical issues involving China IP. The John Marshall Law School has been partnering with SIPO for almost 25 years. The Chinese Intellectual Property Forum in Chicago is one of the cooperating programs between the John Marshall Law School and the State Intellectual Property's China Intellectual Property Training Center.
