Chris Rich was interviewed in “Four Questions With Perkins Coie's New Portland Office Chief,” an article in the Portland Business Journal*, regarding his experience in the Portland area and his goals as the new office managing partner for the Perkins Coie Portland office. 

What are some of your goals for the office?

We always strive to attract and retain the best talent, with emphasis on the diversity and inclusion that drives better legal thinking and client service. I want to encourage attorneys to do the “deep dives” necessary to really understand clients’ business operations, sectors, and market changes, as well as the legal needs. And we must maintain the great workplace culture for which Perkins Coie is recognized, locally and nationally. When we invest in each other, we all succeed.
