We are delighted to announce that Theresa Cropper was our keynote speaker. As former Chief Diversity Officer for Perkins Coie LLP, Theresa Cropper was responsible for the firm's diversity policies and initiatives. She developed programs for recruitment, retention and promotion of lawyers of color, women, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and those with disabilities. As an active speaker and thought leader on topics of diversity, Theresa provides an engaging and well-rounded perspective on how inclusiveness and diversity can help individuals, departments and companies thrive.

In addition, our workshop will cover a variety of critical employment law issues and will feature a video production of the ever-popular “Perkins Players” to help provide some compelling real life examples of paid sick leave compliance pitfalls and how to prevent them. You will not want to miss this Oscar®-worthy production.
