Perkins Coie hosted a complimentary seminar on International Commercial Arbitration in Seattle on Wednesday, September 9, 2009.  The seminar provided roundtable discussion and guidance, from drafting an effective clause to enforcing an international arbitration award. Special guest presenters included renowned international arbitrators and practitioners, such as Henri Alvarez of Fasken Martineau. A cocktail reception followed.

Arbitration is increasingly becoming a preferred means to resolve international commercial disputes.
