Lucy Miller has experience navigating California's housing and development streamlining, as well as affordable housing law. She also counsels clients on planning, permitting, and compliance under the California Environmental Quality Act, helping them address legal issues tied to development and infrastructure projects across the state.

Before joining the firm, Lucy interned with the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, where she worked on matters involving coastal and environmental land use. While attending the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, Lucy served as senior production editor of the UC Law Journal and earned a CALI and Witkin Award for outstanding achievement in legal writing and research.
