Emily Dowling represents corporate policyholders in complex insurance disputes, advising on policy renewals and pursuing coverage on behalf of clients in a range of industries including luxury retail and e-commerce. Emily has experience with a variety of policy types, including general commercial liability, directors' and officers' liability, and auto and property damage.
Prior to her work at the firm, Emily served as a law clerk to the Hon. April M. Perry of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
