Elizabeth (Liz) Quach

Liz empowers high-growth technology companies to scale across borders with client-side insight.

Liz Quach pairs generalist, international, and operational experience with litigation-informed risk judgment to deliver actionable legal guidance and enable responsible global scale at speed.

Liz's experience is shaped by nearly five years in-house at a global hospitality-technology and fintech scaleup, where she served as corporate counsel and interim general counsel. She built a legal function that supported the company from Series B to double-unicorn status, creating lean, business-aligned teams that advised on commercial contracting, regulatory compliance and strategy, dispute preemption and resolution, nine M&A integrations, and go-to-market expansion across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Before moving in-house, Liz litigated high-stakes civil and criminal matters at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, as well as investigations with federal agencies. That background informs her risk judgment, negotiation style, and ability to deliver clarity and calm under pressure. She draws on this range of experience—private practice, in-house leadership, and cross-border operations—to help clients make commercially strategic decisions that match their stage of growth.

Passionate about social mobility and economic inclusion, Liz is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals. A speaker at legal industry events and general counsel forums, Liz champions innovation in the legal profession, holistic legal leadership, and a redefined value proposition of legal services for clients. She believes emerging company successes promote economic inclusion and healthy competition in the market and enjoys enabling the innovative companies of tomorrow.
