Alin Toader represents investment managers and alternative investment funds—including hedge funds, private equity funds, and hybrid funds—on structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
Alin counsels private fund managers across a range of investment strategies. He has broad experience structuring and negotiating strategic investments; advising on the structure and sale of investment management businesses; and structuring and negotiating joint ventures, co-investment vehicles, managed accounts, “funds of one,” and other strategic relationships.
