Counsel Maria Stubbings presented to the PTAB Bar Association Young Lawyers and Agents Committee in their Nuts and Bolts Series designed to share information among less experienced practitioners. The presentation discussed aspects of discovery that typically arise in PTAB proceedings, such as inter partes review (IPR), differences between PTAB and district court discovery, and the standard for obtaining additional discovery.
