Win Martin is an intellectual property and technology lawyer who devotes his practice to advising clients on all aspects of trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and internet and domain issues. For over a decade, he has helped clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 50 companies establish and protect trademarks and copyrights and designed and implemented complex enforcement strategies to protect them.
