Torryn Rodgers advises companies in commercial litigation disputes and government investigations. Torryn represented a well-known pharmaceutical company in a high-profile complex federal multidistrict litigation and its parallel state court lawsuits across the country. She has also advised multinational corporations on compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-bribery statutes.

With experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, Torryn has prepared fact and expert witnesses for deposition, drafted dispositive motions, managed fast-paced discovery disputes and productions, and negotiated settlements. She has also managed large teams of contract attorneys in document production and privilege reviews.

Maintaining an active pro bono practice, Torryn has represented various clients in connection with contract disputes, First Amendment claims, and applications for asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
