Ross T. Handler Associate

Overview

Ross T. Handler counsels fintech, nonbank, and financial services institutions on compliance with state and federal finance laws. He advises financial services clients on money transmission and consumer and commercial lending laws related to the offering and operation of financial products and services, including credit, debit and prepaid cards, and other consumer lending constructs.

Ross has experience drafting and assisting with negotiating and executing corporate transactional agreements regarding consumer and commercial lending matters including bank partnership agreements, co-branded credit card agreements, and deposit account control agreements.

Ross maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes, parole hearings, and asylum matters throughout the District of Columbia.
