Drawing on more than 35 years of litigation experience, all with Perkins Coie, Ron McIntire focuses his practice on real estate and commercial matters.
Ron has represented several real estate clients in receivership actions involving a wide variety of commercial properties, ranging from strip malls to major shopping centers to apartment buildings. He also routinely handles matters involving lease disputes, wrongful eviction, easements, unlawful detainer, title disputes, foreclosures, and property damage.
In commercial litigation matters, Ron has successfully represented clients in contractual disputes, fraud actions, and partnership disputes.
Ron also possesses significant experience in products liability and aviation litigation, including air crash litigation, asbestos litigation, and litigation involving construction and electrical equipment.
Committed to his pro bono practice, Ron has volunteered for Westside Legal Services, Public Counsel, Bet Tzedek, and Alliance for Children’s Rights.
