Overview

Chief Operating Officer Roger Wilkes oversees all business functions across Perkins Coie’s 20 offices. He ensures the successful implementation of all operational activity and guides the firm’s strategic growth. Roger’s knowledge and insights play a pivotal role as evolving technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), continue to revolutionize the global economy and influence business practices for the firm and our clients.

Roger’s background includes significant experience as COO in professional services organizations. He joined Perkins Coie following a long tenure at an Am Law 200 global firm. He also spent nearly two decades at a Big Four accounting and consulting firm, where he led and guided numerous transformation initiatives for a more than 1,000-person team.  

A member of the firm’s Management and Executive committees, Roger is a graduate of St. John’s University’s Tobin College of Business, where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on executive management. He also holds a B.B.A. in accountancy from Baruch College, City University of New York.
