Robin Brewer represents technology companies in patent litigation before the federal courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Her broad engineering background informs her counseling of clients in all areas of technology. Robin has handled cases involving a wide variety of technologies ranging from carburetors to smartphones.
Robin handles all aspects of litigation, including developing strategy, claim construction, dispositive motions, expert and fact discovery, and trial preparation. She has won favorable legal victories for key technology clients on critical issues before the ITC, victories that have become regularly cited precedent.
