Patrick Anding is a trusted advisor to high-growth companies and investors at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and digital media. Patrick counsels technology companies, entertainment businesses, and digital media innovators on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, content, technology, and data.
Patrick regularly works with boards of directors and executive teams to develop fundraising and exit strategies. He also represents venture capital and corporate venture investors in their investments and portfolio management.
Before practicing law, Patrick worked as a producer and creative executive in the media and entertainment industry, collaborating with leading studios, content creators, and cultural institutions. Patrick’s hands-on industry experience informs his practical, business-oriented approach to legal counsel. In addition to his legal practice, Patrick is an active film producer. His recent short film was awarded Best Horror Short at the Chicago Horror Film Festival.
Patrick has led discussions with industry leaders as a frequent speaker and moderator in the Los Angeles tech and entertainment ecosystem.
