Nisha Nariya counsels individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation. She works with clients to minimize estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes through the creation of wills, trusts, business entities, and charitable organizations, as well as through the use of gifts, sales, and other sophisticated wealth-transfer strategies. She advises clients on a broad range of estate planning strategies, estate and trust administration issues, probate matters, estate and trust dispute resolution matters, and family office matters. Her practice includes planning for young families, executives, authors and artists with intellectual property (IP), business owners, and multigenerational families. She is also experienced in establishing tax-exempt entities and private foundations and advising on legal issues affecting formation, charitable giving, and compliance to maintain charitable status.
