Nisha Nariya focuses her practice on personal, tax, and estate planning for individuals and families, as well as the representation of fiduciaries in estate and trust administration. She advises clients, including executives, business owners, and multigenerational families, on a broad range of basic and sophisticated estate planning strategies, probate, estate and trust dispute resolution matters, and the preparation of gift and estate tax returns.

Nisha is also experienced in establishing tax-exempt entities and private foundations and advising on legal issues affecting formation, charitable giving, and compliance for maintaining charitable status. She recently completed a secondment with the Obama Foundation in December 2021, focusing on governance and compliance with tax-exempt rules and regulations surrounding programming projects and fundraising.
