Overview

Nicole Lundholm assists clients with structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to matters involving intellectual property (IP) rights, licensing, services, development, manufacturing, supply, and digital assets. Additionally, she helps clients through the design and implementation of business plans related to digital assets and Web3. In particular, Nicole advises on the applicability of securities, commodities, sanctions, money transmission, and gambling laws related to fungible and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and advises on the IP and licensing issues that arise for NFTs.

While in law school, Nicole served as an associate editor of the Seattle University Law Review, as the president of the Artificial Intelligence Law Society, and as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.

Prior to law school, Nicole was employed by a prominent U.S. defense contractor and industrial corporation, where she advised on export controls under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and negotiated government contracts.
