Partner Nickolas Kajca represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financing transactions as a member of the firm’s Corporate and Financial Transactions practices. He works on debt financing matters involving all aspects of commercial finance, real estate finance and asset-based lending transactions, including senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, single-bank and syndicated revolving and term loan facilities, acquisition finance, real estate mortgage loans and construction loans.
Nick frequently drafts and negotiates loan and credit agreements, mortgages and other collateral and ancillary credit documents. He also advises on transaction structure, deal terms and corporate governance matters, and analyzes title, survey and other due diligence items.
