Counsel Nick Potter has experience with a variety of tax issues. His background includes assisting with research to help the Washington State Department of Revenue with decisions regarding tax legislation as well as drafting memos on the applicability of Washington state’s retail sales tax to construction, retail and wholesale sales.
In addition to earning his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, Nicholas also completed his LL.M. in taxation. During this time, he served as legal extern for Judge Catherine Shaffer of the King County Superior Court, worked as a legal intern for the Port of Seattle’s Legal Division and completed an externship for the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office in the Criminal Division.
