Moeka Takagi is an associate in Perkins Coie’s Intellectual Property practice. She has experience handling various aspects of patent litigation matters including prior art analyses, discovery, legal analysis, and briefing. Prior to law school, Moeka worked as a patent agent, counseling clients on prosecution strategies and patentability evaluations. Moeka is also involved in pro bono work with a focus on immigration and civil rights matters.
