Michael Glenn is a partner with the firm's Intellectual Property practice with a focus on patent prosecution. He represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property law and at all phases of patent prosecution, including handling IP audits and strategy, opinions of counsel, pre-litigation patent defense and assertion, appeals, reissues and reexaminations. Michael has experience with the following representative technologies: telecommunications, information technology, business methods, medical devices and mechanical inventions.
