Matt has worked in the startup field for over two decades and has guided a range of companies from formation to IPO and beyond. As a legal advisor to startups, Matt guides emerging growth companies through the most critical legal and business events in their life cycle and develops proactive strategies to maximize shareholder value. He also represents a range of venture capital investors. He also has extensive experience representing leading technology companies in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
