Margo Jasukaitis focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling.

Her experience runs the gamut from representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits to advising companies on discrete issues and helping draft employment agreements and handbooks.

Margo's litigation experience includes defending employers against a variety of claims, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under both federal and state law. She has also represented companies in arbitrations, drafting briefs on topics including job misclassification and contract interpretation.
