Margo is a litigator who assists clients at all stages of the legal process, from providing pre-litigation advice to appellate briefing.
Margo Jasukaitis represents clients in both state and federal court, providing thoughtful strategic guidance and exceptional written work product throughout the course of litigation.
While Margo’s practice focuses primarily on issues in employment law, she also advises school districts, universities, and other public sector clients on a variety of issues, including compliance with Washington’s Public Records Act and Open Public Meetings Act.
Before law school, Margo worked at a strategic communications firm helping clients craft public relations strategies and manage crisis communications. She is the co-author of “Defining ‘Regular Occupation’ in Long-Term Disability Insurance Policies,” which was published in the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics.
