Lin Ruan is an associate in the firm’s Trust & Estate Planning practice.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Lin advised clients on the federal tax implications of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, restructurings and divestitures across a broad range of industries. She has experience conducting due diligence and identifying potential exposures in areas such as state and local tax, transfer pricing, international tax, compensation & benefits, and employment tax.
