Lauren is a litigator with experience representing clients in a broad range of complex business disputes.
Known for her attention to detail and strategic approach, Lauren Trambley defends clients in contract and real estate disputes, antitrust, trade secrets, defamation, and consumer privacy disputes, including large-scale class actions and mass arbitrations.
Lauren is skilled in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and strategic counseling through discovery, dispositive motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. In her contract and real estate practice, she represents clients in breach of contract claims, partnership disagreements, commercial lease disputes, unlawful detainer, and quiet title actions. As part of her consumer privacy practice, Lauren counsels clients on updates to privacy and dispute resolution terms, and defends against claims of targeted advertising, and collection and use of biometric data arising under the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), and similar state laws.
Lauren maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration, representing clients in asylum proceedings and U-visa petitions.
Before law school, Lauren worked as a paralegal for an immigration law firm in San Francisco, where she drafted temporary work visas, EB-1 petitions, and employment-based adjustment of status applications.
