Kristine Beaudoin counsels clients through all phases of complex litigation at the state and federal level and assists with regulatory matters before state and federal agencies.

Kristine has particular experience before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where she has represented clients in a range of agency proceedings including rulemakings, investigations, and enforcement actions for alleged violations of the Federal Power Act, Natural Gas Act, Clean Water Act, and FERC regulations.

While attending Duke University School of Law, Kristine volunteered as a student attorney at the Health Justice Clinic, where she successfully obtained disability benefits and back pay for her client in a hearing before an administrative law judge.
