Katherine Galipeau is a counsel in the firm's Litigation practice. She focuses on antitrust, consumer protection and unfair business competition issues. Katie litigates claims in a variety of state and federal courts and represents and counsels clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including intellectual property and contract disputes.
Katie has extensive experience handling complex e-discovery issues. She regularly manages large e-discovery teams, and works effectively with clients to collect and efficiently review large quantities of complex data.
Katie also has an active pro bono practice. She has authored an amicus brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit concerning an appeal of a state statute limiting access to abortion, represented Court Appointed Special Advocates in termination of parental rights trials, and provided immigration and visa application assistance for victims of domestic violence.
