Juliana Bennington is a litigator handling high-stakes disputes on behalf of companies and individuals in state and federal courts. Juliana has experience representing clients in a broad range of cases, including antitrust, consumer protection, constitutional law, government contracting, and commercial contract disputes. Juliana represents healthcare clients before administrative agency proceedings at the state and federal levels. She also advises healthcare clients on various regulatory and compliance matters and state and federal investigations.
Juliana clerked for the Hon. Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, as well as for the Hon. Richard Clifton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. A James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, Juliana graduated from Columbia Law School, where she served as the executive editor of the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law and received the Samuel I. Rosenman Prize for excellence in public law. She also received a Master of Public Health from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, where she focused on public health policy and served as a teaching and research assistant for Lawrence Brown.
