From discovery to trial, Jillian skillfully litigates for an array of clients both in and out of the courtroom.

Jillian Sommers litigates for clients throughout the United States and around the world, emphasizing matters that require judicial intervention and sophisticated negotiations. Clients turn to Jillian for assistance with pressing issues related to aviation, e-commerce, product liability, and shareholder disputes, as well as when they need to conduct a sensitive, confidential internal investigation.

Jillian handles large-scale litigations, including managing e-discovery, navigating procedural disputes, drafting dispositive motions, taking depositions, and helping prepare for trial. She has spent a considerable amount of time in the courtroom and has achieved multiple jury verdicts for her clients in high-stakes cases in both state and federal court.

Committed to serving the Chicago community, Jillian volunteers as guardian ad litem in minor child and adult disabled guardianship matters before the Cook County Probate Division, as well as with community-based youth programs.
