Jean works with the attorney recruiting team on lateral hiring needs across the firm. She has held legal recruiting management roles for over fifteen years working with firms to identify lateral attorney talent. A former practicing attorney for nine years, Jean also brings this experience to her present position where she works with firm management to implement an effective lateral hiring platform including integration and retention plans for associate hires.
