In testimony on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, before the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, SEC Chairman Jay Clayton reminded gatekeepers—including lawyers—that the SEC is laserfocused on them when they advise clients on ICOs.
