Skilled at early case evaluation, value-driven prelitigation resolutions, and litigation management, Holly is as effective before a courtroom judge and jury as she is in settlement negotiations, mediations, and prelitigation dispute resolution. Holly focuses on the most influential case elements to resolve disputes, such as the development of compelling case themes and jury persuasion. Holly also has extensive experience responding to and issuing subpoenas, preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony, managing large discovery projects, and briefing complex legal issues.
Holly has experience representing clients in class-action lawsuits, multidistrict litigation, products liability cases, breach of contract matters, and real estate and construction disputes. She has particularized knowledge in partnership and shareholder disputes and recently secured a seven-figure result for a client in a shareholder oppression case. Holly has advised clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 50 companies.
