Hellen is an experienced litigator who has advised and represented institutional and individual clients in complex commercial litigations, regulatory proceedings, and enforcement actions.
She has also worked with defendants, witnesses, subjects, and targets in internal investigations and government investigations relating to accounting practices, insider trading, securities fraud, money laundering, and corporate governance and disclosure.
In addition to securities litigation, Hellen has experience working with commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) servicers and frequently represents secured lenders in foreclosure and receivership actions for commercial properties, including hotels, retail spaces, and office buildings.
