Heather advises clients through every stage of their construction projects, starting at the development of construction contracts to project closeout and dispute resolution.
Heather Heindel served the construction industry as an engineer with an international engineering firm before pivoting to construction law. She works on construction projects from conception through closeout, including developing and negotiating complex contracts, overseeing and advising on legal issues during construction, developing and responding to claims, and resolving construction disputes.
