H. Rowan Gaither IV has been litigating complex civil cases for more than 20 years. His cases often involve cutting-edge legal issues relating to financial benchmarks, securities, derivatives, commodities, and other complex financial products.
Rowan represents investment banks, inter-dealer brokers, investment funds, major international corporations, and senior officers and directors of public companies in federal and state courts across the country. His clients rely on his experience and legal creativity when faced with antitrust, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO), Commodity Exchange Act (CEA), and breach of fiduciary duty matters.
