Greg Mackay has over 20 years of experience in business transactions law. He focuses his practice on intellectual property licensing and technology transfer, research, development and commercialization of technology, product distribution, strategic alliances, joint ventures and emerging company issues. He also advises clients in utility franchise and joint facility use matters. Greg represents clients in the computer, Internet, e-commerce and energy industries.
