During her 30 plus years of practice, Evelyn Cruz Sroufe represented startup enterprises from venture capital financings to initial public offerings, and public companies of all sizes in financings, acquisitions, divestitures, securities law counseling, takeover defense and corporate governance. Evelyn was a frequent speaker and writer on M&A, securities and governance topics in national forums such as the Tulane Corporate Law Institute, the Black Boardroom Initiative and others. Evelyn has retired from active legal practice.
