Erin represents clients in a variety of corporate and capital markets transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings, tender offers, and exchange offers, and transactions involving domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Erin advises clients on corporate governance, securities law compliance, corporate formation, and venture capital investments. She has experience in helping entrepreneurs in various industries, as well as early-stage, growth-stage, and established public and private companies.
While attending the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Erin was a legal extern for the Hon. Mark J. Dinsmore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Previously, she was an intern for the Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
