Eric Ashcroft is a counsel in the Tax practice. Before joining the firm, he worked for a large law firm in Southern California. His background also includes serving as a law clerk for Judge J. Clifford Wallace of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court. Eric finished near the top of his class in law school while serving as the lead note and comment editor of the BYU Law Review, and he graduated from the Master of Accountancy Tax program at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
