Elvira Castillo is a trial attorney and partner with the firm's Litigation practice. Elvira represents clients in federal and state courts across the country on litigation matters concerning antitrust, consumer protection, breach of contract, unfair competition, securities regulations, and internal investigations. A seasoned litigator, Elvira is as comfortable presenting the closing argument before a jury trial as she is interviewing key witnesses during an internal investigation.
A trusted advisor, particularly for strategic business counseling on emerging legal issues, Elvira works with clients in various industries, including technology, aviation, finance, film and entertainment, and food and beverage. She also advises on day-to-day legal matters, with an emphasis on competition, compliance, and contract-related issues focusing on practical business solutions that minimize risk.
Elvira received her B.A. from Harvard College and her J.D. from Yale Law School. She is admitted to New York and Washington state, and has been selected as a Rising Star in Washington by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2016 - 2020.
